Apple Watch cannot be synced to Mac computers via Bluetooth. It can only be paired, set up and synced with a compatible model of iPhone.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences. Click Security & Privacy, then click General. Select “Use your Apple Watch to unlock apps and your Mac” or “Allow your Apple Watch to unlock your Mac.” If you have more than one Apple Watch, select the watch you want to use to unlock your apps and Mac.

Use your Apple Watch without your iPhone nearbyWith Apple Watch with cellular and an activated cellular plan, you can stay connected even when away from your iPhone. For all other models of Apple Watch, there are still things you can do even when you are away from your iPhone and not connected to Wi-Fi.
Apple does not currently offer the facility to view Activity app and workout data from your Apple Watch on your Mac.

Enabling Handoff on your iPhone or iPad
Open up your Settings app and tap the “General†option. On the General page, tap the “Handoff†setting. Once the Mac has rebooted, open System Preferences, click General, then put a tick alongside Allow Handoff Between This Mac and Your iCloud Devices. On each of your iOS devices, open the Settings app, tap General > Handoff & Suggested Apps, then activate the switch alongside Handoff.
How to turn off Continuity call relay on your Mac
