When a video plays in lower than expected quality, it's likely because the viewer's Internet speed (bandwidth) or computer processing speed cannot support higher quality playback. Viewers can manually force a particular quality by selecting the gear icon in the lower right corner of the player.
In your email program, open the email message that has the vimeo link to your private video. Open the video, enter the password. On the top right corner of the video, click the Clock Icon to Add To Watch Later list. Repeat this for each video, adding each video to your Watch Later List.

The access issue you are experiencing is most likely an on-site problem due to your school or district's security and firewall settings. We recommend adjusting firewall settings so that teachers and administrators are able to access Vimeo.
Unfortunately, in some countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China to name a few), Vimeo is blocked and inaccessible. If you are in one of these countries and have subscribed to Yeners Way or purchased a tutorial individually, you may see a blank area where a tutorial video should appear.
Indonesia is not the only country that blocks Vimeo. It is also banned in China, which has historically blocked any website showcasing a different view than its own of Chinese affairs and the world view at large.
To block a Vimeo member, head to the Privacy tab in your Account Settings, and scroll down to the “Blocked people” section. Click on the “Add a person to block” link, and then enter the Vimeo user ID or profile page URL of the person you wish to block, then click “Add”.
Manually whitelist Vimeo URLs
- Whitelist the URL of the Pathwright account and the following domains: *.vimeocdn.com.
- On your filter, allow secure (encrypted) requests from vimeo.com.
- Clear your browser cache, refresh, and all the embedded videos on the site should play.

In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
