Sagat: mix up low and high fireballs from full screen only: as honda will fly through withjab headbutt if close and hit your hands. If honda is flying over your low fireballs throw more fast ones. When he builds his super stop throwing fireballs and get ready to jump back to corner with roundhouse.

Gouken succeeded in defeating his younger brother Akuma twice in the past before nearly dying the 3rd time and being defeated by Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) technique.
Goku destroys Akuma, if you seriously want a reason, feel free to reply. Goku wins horribly, even using his start of DBZ form.
Oni Akuma appears to be a super-powered version of Akuma. His full official name is Kuruoshiki Oni which means "Mad Demon". Due to his training and meditation, Akuma may have suppressed some of the darker aspects of the Satsui no Hado, allowing him to control his actions.

Ryu is not related to Akuma, no. Akuma is another student who trained under the same master as Ryu's master did, but he went insane after messing with the satsui no hadou and using its power to fuel his lust for strength and domination. Akuma is his master's younger brother.
Akuma came off as a total badass, since he not only killed Gouken and Bison, but it was incredibly likely that he took out Gen and Adon as well.
Goku is at his strongest (in DBZ) and Akuma is at his strongest (in any canon SF). Goku would absolutely decimate any Akuma with the utmost ease.
Oro fights with one arm magically binded, so potentially Oro is more powerful than Akuma, though they were just playing during the fight they had.
During the major fights against the Secret Society, Akuma emerges and throws a Hadoken at Ryu (who had absorbed the Satsui no Hado from Sakura earlier), causing the latter's evil form to emerge, while the former unleashes all his power to transform into Oni; the two powerful forces clash at each other in a epic fight.

Well canonically Sagat is actually stronger than Ryu. The Metsu Shoryuken was a sucker punch since Sagat believed the fight to be over when Ryu launched it. He didn't even have a Tiger Uppercut (a move he developed to match Ryus' Shoryuken).

So, the short answer is no. No, you cannot throw a fireball in real-life using nothing but sheer willpower and spirit energy. A proper hadouken, which as far as I know is only a thing in Street Fighter, is basically using chi (body/spirit energy, sometimes ki, or even qi) to throw a fireball.
11 Ryu Loves Chun-LiJoe. The most infamous Street Fighter comic book has to be the one released by Malibu in 1991. Ryu and Chun-Li do have feelings for each other, but he is too obsessed with his training to commit to a relationship.

Akuma has a demon/devil complex. He believes himself to be pure evil in every way. However, he's shown to be merciful, honorable, and even helpful towards others.
Capcom retconned Gouken's apparent death during his battle with Akuma. In Gouken's animated opening he reveals that after losing in battle to Akuma, he did not die but was simply rendered unconscious for an extended period of time.
