Jack appears as a squadmate in Mass Effect 2, and may appear in Mass Effect 3
as a supporting character provided she survives the events of the previous game.

Ultimately an Ashley Romance won't advance at all in Mass Effect 2 via direct interactions with her, it's much more determined by if you Romance any other Squad Mates in the interim.
Jacob begins as a loyal member of Cerberus in Mass Effect 2, but by the end of the game he should be loyal to Shepard. If Taylor survived Mass Effect 2, he can be encountered in Mass Effect 3 as a mercenery, he is found protecting a group of on-the-run Cerberus scientists and their families.
It's considered a Semi-Serious Romance, which for Samara means that while it won't jeopardize a Romance with any other characters and has no Romance Scene, in Mass Effect 3 it can't be continued if you're in a Romance with any other characters. The most notable thing about this relationship is that it's very long-term.
As a female Shepherd in Mass Effect 2, you can have main storyline romances with Garrus Vakarian, Jacob Taylor or Thane Krios. There's no option for a female relationship with Jack, although it has recently been revealed that this was once considered as an option for the original release.
Notably however, you can have a sexual encounter with Jackbefore then, but it's considered a fling and WILL lock you out of any further interactions with her on the Normandy. Jack is also involved in a fight with Miranda, and your choice there can sever a Romance with her if you pick the wrong option.

Other than some Asari matriarchs, that would make Wrex one of the oldest people in the galaxy.
Jack dies. If Jack dies during the Suicide Mission, your Romance with her will end, and she'll make no appearance in Mass Effect 3. Her role will be carried out by a student, Jason Prangley during the Grissom Academy Mission.
Kasumi appears in Mass Effect 3 provided that you imported a save with her surviving the suicide mission of the previous game, however, Goto does not join your squad.
Tali'Zorah nar Rayya is 22 in Mass Effect 1, born in 2161. Liara T'soni was born in 2077, which would make her 106 at the start of ME1.
To save Miranda, you MUST read the dossier on Kai Leng and meet her via a holochannel from the Specter terminal after the attack on the citadel. During the mission, she may also die if you do not persuade her father to back down. If that fails, you have to shoot him.
Breach the Petra Nebula and enter Grissom Academy on Vetus. You discover that Cerberus is behind this and that you'll need to reach the students before Cerberus' troops do.

They have no time limit, but each mission must be completed before the next becomes available.
Travel to PragiaThe facility is located on a planet called Pragia. To get there, chart a course to the Nubian Expanse, located in the most Eastern point of the Milky Way.
Jack is a Human Biotic squadmate in Mass Effect 2. She is one of the most powerful Biotics ever to work with Commander Shepard, and is romance option for male Shepard.

You can play the Citadel DLC after the end of the game. The Citadel DLC plays like the best fan fiction ever come to life.

How to Access the Citadel DLC. You can only access the Citadel DLC with a save after the second Priority: The Citadel 2 mission, so you'll need to load a late-game save (before Priority: Cerberus Headquarters). Start up the game and access Shepard's e-mail at one of his private terminals on the Normandy.
At about three hours long, Leviathan doesn't quite reach the perfect mix of combat and storytelling that drove older add-ons like Mass Effect 2's Lair of the Shadow Broker. Instead, it focuses on revealing story elements that impact the trilogy as far back as the original Mass Effect.
Talon 5 will always go down whether you dispatch them or not so it's up to you whether to bunker down and wait it out or slug it out with them.
