Activia uses a strain of bacteria known as Bifidobacterium Animalis (B. B. animalis (as the nomenclature suggests) comes from animals.It is found in the feces of rats, chickens, rabbits, calfs, and in sewage. You read that right- the bacteria culture in Activia yogurt is derived from poop.
Activia yogurt contains probiotics. When you first start taking probiotics, it's common to have side effects, such as gas, bloating, mild stomach upset, or diarrhea. These problems usually resolve with continued use as your body gets used to the probiotics.

We get the Activia brand and they don't have chunks (at least the Greek lime ones don't, and neither do the pineapple or lemon. I'm not a big fan of flavored yogurt, but Activia is a good brand with no chunks. I haven't tried many of their fruit ones but I believe the blueberry is also chunk-free.
