The one used by BTS or fans of BTS is called Army Bomb. It has various versions. The latest version expected is Army Bomb version 4.
You can get an army bomb at their concerts they sell them for 20$ USD and 22,000 KRW. You can also get extra BTS merchandise for free. Some GA unnies still have some extra merch after the concert, so it's easier to get. Some fansite unnies lower their price of goods when the concert is over.
This is just my guess, but I would say that they're expensive because of the quality and technology. For example, they're super durable and withstand a lot of bumping and dropping during concerts without breaking the bulb. This way, your Army Bomb will match up with the larger picture of Army Bombs in the concert.
ARMY bombs are not cheap! Most of the time they cost $30 to almost $60. So if any seller is selling them from $10 to $25 dollars, there's a good chance that it's a replica, or this person is being very generous.

If you're talking about the online “#1” bts merchandise store, then no. It is a real website, but they don't sell official merch. The merch they have that they state is “official” isn't official. On youtube, you could watch a girl getting scammed for buying the bt21 cushions and getting unofficial ones.

The size of the third version of the ARMY Bomb is 98 x 98 x 224 so it's smaller than the both versions 1 and 2. It is made of ABS, PC and silicon and weights approximately 150g.
BTS on Tour
Map Of The Soul Tour will be their biggest North American tour ever and kicks off on April 25, 2020 in Santa Clara. The outing also travels to Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Toronto before wrapping on June 6, 2020 in Chicago.The fake bombs typically do not have the Bluetooth option that makes it compatible with the concert programming. Also, some fakes do not have the option for the user to change the colors on their bombs through the phone app, which to some is not a big deal but it once again does take away from the excitement.

The version one is the oldest and biggest version. It only has one color and the battery part is different as well. It's more like a flash light. Version two is smaller and has Bluetooth.
