Manage device access settings in Basic Mobility and Security
- Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your global admin account.

Turn mobile access on or off

There are simple ways to read someone else's emails without leaving obvious traces. Someone could click “Add an email account”, enter another Gmail address, and access your emails from that account. They can keep these emails marked as Unread even if they've read them.
If there was an unusual sign-in attempt for your account, you'll get an email or text message.
