There hasn't been a new Dead Space game since 2013. Visceral had a plan for how Dead Space 4 would end, although Wanat didn't want to spoil it just in case EA decides to continue with the franchise. Wanat, like many Dead Space fans, still has hope it may one day return.
The Evil Within is a 2017 American horror film written and directed by Andrew Getty and starring Frederick Koehler, Michael Berryman, and Sean Patrick Flanery. After Getty's death in 2015, editing for the film was completed by producer Michael Luceri.
The Evil Within 1 sold around 800.000~ units in its opening week which is pretty decent. These sales can be attributed to the marketing, the revival of the horror genre at the time and the big name of Mikami on it. The Evil Within 2 sold around 200.000 units in its opening week, around 1/4th of the original.

Though he isn't in the game anywhere other than in the final picture slide, it is revealed by Kidman to Sebastian during the call that Joseph is somehow still alive, although it is a 'long story'. Kidman and Sebastian quickly end the conversation and Joseph is never brought up again.Ruvik is now in Leslie's body and possibly creating another STEM to get back with his Sister who we know in the first game isn't dead but perhaps in a coma. They never actually said she died in the fire. At the end of the game you can see how the STEM system restarts itself successfully.

Ruvik could've been (he appears as) 17-27 years that time So why does he look like 12-year-old kid and have not mutated voice? Also his older sister at the time seems like she's 16 max. That would make Ruvik minimum 22 and approximately 32.
Sebastian wakes up in a STEM bath and gets up just long enough to rip Ruvik's brain out of the core; symbolically destroying Ruvik's consciousness within STEM the way Mobius did in the real world. Sebastian passes out and wakes up again in the same bath.

Even though Sebastian, Connely and Joseph were pulled into STEM via the wireless signal, they were placed by MOBIUS in the bathtub-like terminuses when they arrived at the scene and were plugged directly into the system, as shown in glimpses from Sebastian's point of view, as well as at the end of the game.
Earlier this year, the long-awaited sequel to the survival horror game, The Evil Within arrived. The Evil Within 2 continued the story of Sebastian Castellanos. Although he was defeated by Sebastian at the end of the game, it is implied in the ending scenes that he escaped STEM through the body of Leslie Withers.
