Government colleges have problems with the lack of teachers and students, high quality of teachers and education, bad infrastructure, unhygienic conditions, indiscipline, politics, lack of accountability, casteism, corruption, and inferiority complicated.
Primary education is the first stage of compulsory education. It enables the children to get prepared for future higher classes. The pre-primary stage consists of Preparatory class (pre-nursery), nursery, LKG and UKG. LKG/UKG stage is also called as Kindergarten (KG) stage.
According to the national pattern, A school having classes up to V is termed as Primary School, class from VI to VIII is termed as Upper Primary School, Class from IX to X is termed as Secondary and Class XI-XII is termed as Higher Secondary.

The purpose of pre-primary education is to support children's growth into humanity and into ethically responsible membership of society and to provide them with knowledge and skills needed in life.
Primary school teachers, also known as national school teachers, are involved in the social, intellectual, physical and moral development of pupils in their class. A teacher works with one single class for an entire academic year and is responsible for teaching a wide range of subjects on the National Curriculum.

Importance of Pre Primary Education:
Pre primary education helps to learn that how a child can adjust with his/her peers and interact with outsiders. It ensures the physical, mental and emotional growth of the child. The child develops his cognitive skills in the scientific curriculum that nurtures the child.Primary school education in Nigeria is bisected with myriads of problems including: poor funding, poor educational infrastructures, overcrowding, inadequate classrooms and poor/polluted learning environment [2] .
Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge.

Universal Primary Education (UPE): refers to the enrolment of all school-age children in primary school, i.e. 100% net enrolment. If a country maintains that level over time, itimplies as well that all the children enrolled are completing their studies (UNESCO, 2004: 236).
