You have to take your eyeliner pencil from the freezer for sharpening. You have to make sure, whether the eyeliner pencil is harder than before. If you still feel brittle or soft, keep it again in the freezer for another five minutes.Don't let the softness of this eyeliner pencil fool you! But never got a straight answer at all. Please would you tell us HOW TO GET MORE PRODUCT TO COME OUT OF THE JUMBO EYE PENCIL. THAT CANNOT POSSIBLY BE ALL I PAID FOR. THE BOTTOM DOESN'T TWIST.
