To change or update a rate plan online: Sign in to My Sprint with a valid username and password. On the My Account page, scroll to the I want to navigation tool on the right-hand side and click Change my plan. Select the plan to change. Click Change plan to choose a new plan.
Yes, as a Sprint customer, we still continue to offer the Unlimited Basic, Plus or Premium rate plans. Or, we also recently launched the Sprint Essentials rate plan, available to Sprint customers.
Sprint does not throttle customers on Unlimited Data plans. That being said, heavy data users (those who have used more than 50 GB in their current bill cycle) may experience slower data speeds during times or in places where the network is more congested.
