Dhul-Suwayqatayn (Arabic: ذوالسويقتين‎) is an Islamic belief in which an Abyssinian (Ethiopian) group of men will destined by God to destroy the Kaaba. In the prophecies of Muhammad say they will emerge at the end of time.
Today, the Kaaba is kept closed during the hajj because of the overwhelming number of people, but those who visit the Kaaba during other times of the year are sometimes allowed to go inside. It's quite beautiful: The walls are white marble on the lower half and green cloth on the upper half.
Non-Muslims are prohibited from visiting Mecca and advised not to enter parts of central Medina, where the mosque is located.
Legend has it that the stone was originally white but has become black by absorbing the sins of the countless thousands of pilgrims who have kissed and touched it. Every Muslim who makes the pilgrimage is required to walk around the Kaaba seven times, during which he or she kisses and touches the Black Stone.
Located in the eastern corner of the Kaaba is the Black Stone of Mecca, whose now-broken pieces are surrounded by a ring of stone and held together by a heavy silver band. According to tradition, this stone was given to Adam on his expulsion from paradise in order to obtain forgiveness of his sins.
The nature of the Black Stone has been much debated. It has been described variously as basalt stone, an agate, a piece of natural glass or – most popularly – a stony meteorite.
In Mecca, only Muslims are allowed, while non-Muslims may not enter or pass through. Attempting to enter Mecca as a non-Muslim can result in penalties such as a fine; being in Mecca as a non-Muslim can result in deportation.
Circle the Kaaba During Hajj, pilgrims must walk around it seven times counterclockwise to ensure that the Kaaba remains on their left side. The circling is believed to demonstrate the unity of the believers in the worship of the One God, as they move in harmony together around the Kaaba, while supplicating to God.

Islamic tradition holds that the Kaaba was built by Ibrahim and Ismail as a house of monotheistic worship thousands of years ago. Muslims do not worship the Kaaba, but it is Islam's most sacred site because it represents the metaphorical house of God and the oneness of God in Islam.
In 1631 CE, the Kaaba and the surrounding mosque were entirely rebuilt after floods had demolished them in the previous year. This mosque, which is what exists today, is composed of a large open space with colonnades on four sides and with seven minarets, the largest number of any mosque in the world.

The name Zamzam originates from the phrase Zomë Zomë meaning "stop flowing" Source: Wikipedia. It was a phrase repeated by Hajar during her attempt to contain the spring water.

Hajr e Aswad was taken from Makkah and remained lost for 23 years! The Qarmatians took Hajr e Aswad in January 930 and took it to their Hajar base (what now is Bahrain) by the Qarmatian leader, Abu Tahir al-Qarmati. Abu Tahir al-Qarmati was a Qarmati ruler of historical and ancient Bahrain.
