I would say Shroomish, since it evolves into Breloom, and is a strong attacker, with moves like Sky Uppercut and Giga Drain. But is also a strong status inflicter with status moves like Spore and Stun Spore! Helpful, since a good Pokemon is one with able versatility in moves and unpredictable in battle!
Breloom is a Grass/Fighting type Pokémon, which makes it especially weak against Flying moves, and weak against Fairy, Psychic, Ice, Fire and Poison moves.

Torkoal is a little better than Camerupt in my choice. Its defenses are way better than Camerupt; however Camerupt's attack power is higher. Since they both have low speed, they are most likely to go last anyway. What difference does it make if Torkoal's base speed is 20, and Camerupt's 20 points higher.
Numel can turn into a powerful sweeper with its amazing ability Simple, doubling the magnitude of stat changes, which is complemented by its movepool with access to boosting moves like Flame Charge and Growth and powerful STAB options like Fire Blast and Earth Power.

A shiny Numel has a cream colored body and tan underbelly. Its hump is blue in color. A shiny Camerupt has purple gray colored fur, with three yellow rings on each side. It has two brown volcano-like structures on its back, and a hairless, brown colored muzzle.
