I would like to inform you that 500-520 is a very good score in NEET 2020 and their is an abundance of colleges for NEET 2020.
In general, first to qualify in NEET, a General Category candidate has to score 50% of the top NEET score. It is 40% for SC, ST, OBC. For example, if the top NEET scorer has scored 500, General Category candidates should score atleast 250 and SC,ST,OBC should score around 200 to qualify.
Therefore, a score between 450-500 is considered a good score in NEET. The idea of a good NEET score for MBBS admissions varies every year for different colleges and categories. Taking reference from the previous year's cutoff marks, a good NEET score can range anywhere between 720 - 147 for MBBS admissions.

Ans: Always remember a good score will vary from one candidate to the other and their preferences. All India rank is the rank that one have secured in whole India. While Category rank is your rank that one have secured in a specific or particular category.
OBC rank is your category rank and general rank is All India Rank.
