You can check your balance online at theperfectgift.ca or by calling 1-855-288-0926. A merchant will not be able to tell you how much money you have remaining on the Mastercard prepaid card.
PayPal. Prepaid. You can use the PayPal Prepaid Mastercard® to eat, drink and shop everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted. Order online and once your information has been verified, you'll receive your Card in the mail within 7-10 business days.
Assuming you do have a US PayPal Account and no bank account, all you can do is request a paper check. One other option would be if you had a PayPal Debit Card, then you could withdraw funds from your PayPal Account Balance at an ATM.

How to Withdraw Money From PayPal Instantly. Open your web browser and navigate to PayPal. Select the button in the upper right corner of the screen to sign in; enter your account email address and password to access your PayPal account summary. Below your current account balance, select Transfer Money.
