Captain America's original uniform was an ad-hoc uniform adapted from the costume that he wore in his USO productions. To make the costume less conspicuous and more combat worthy, Steve borrowed the "A" helmet from one of the Star Spangled Singers along with a combat jacket, pants and boots.
In Avengers: Endgame, Steve is shown wearing his S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Stealth suit from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and his first Avengers suit in The Avengers.

Not many people noticed it but in Captain America: Civil War a very (as I say) subtle change was made to his costume and that was that he ripped the Avengers logos off the shoulder pads of it. If you look closely at the Civil War image you can still notice the imprint of the Avengers logo that's been removed.

This Steve went back in time to before he crashed the plane and lived his beautiful life with his love, Peggy Carter. The aged Steve was still the same age—106. This time he aged naturally instead of being in 'suspended animation' due to being frozen combined with his unique metabolism.

Iron Man's classic bright red and gold suit from the comics shows up as more of a muted maroon on film but still keeps that color scheme Tony Stark is known for.
Rogers is also a founding Avenger, unlike in the comics where he is a later addition to the roster and the formed Avengers are the ones who thaw him out of the ice. In the comic books, Steve Rogers is murdered at the event of the Civil War storyline, leading to Bucky Barnes becoming the next Captain America.
