There are no parkruns in Spain at present.
The fastest parkrun on record is 13:48, set by Andrew Baddeley at Bushy parkrun in London in 2012. Bushy was the very first parkrun location, and has become one of the most popular, with over 1,000 participants every week.

At present there are no parkruns in Spain, which is a great shame for those taking a holiday and wanting to indulge in a little parkrun tourism. It's surely only a matter of time however before the bug that is parkrun sweeps over from France and into Spain and Portugal.

To register with us please head to parkrun.com/countries and select your country. Then click register from the top right menu and fill in the form. Finally await your confirmation email containing your barcode, print it out and remember to bring it with you when you run. Once registered, you remain registered for life.
You can now turn up at any parkrun anywhere in the world whenever you want without having to tell us or register for individual events. However, if you're moving abroad and would like to change your home run then please get in touch with us as you won't be able to select a run in a different country as your home run.
Great way to see Lisbon. I'm not the fastest of runners and as their is no parkrun in Lisbon I thought this would be an excellent way to both see some of the city and keeping my mileage up. I booked the river run approx 11-12k.
There is no parkrun in HK but if you want a fun run with others Hong Kong Harbour Runners run at 1945 each Wednesday evening. They run from a different place each week but it is always close to the Harbour, hence their name!

A one-time registration fee of AED100 covers entry to all the subsequent events for the year. The next run will take place on October 6, 2018.
Check the event's news page and social media pages for updates on the status of the results. It can take up until the middle of the week to sort results out if there was a serious problem. All participants are emailed their results whenever they run.
Treviso parkrun is a treat. Sandwiched between Venice and the Prosecco Hills, this two-lap parkrun follows the familiar format of all parkruns around the world: friendly folk gather together at 9am on a Saturday morning to run, jog or walk their weekly 5km.

parkrun is a running, jogging and/or walking event. No matter how fast or slow you are we are just delighted to see you taking part. Whilst more competitive people can use parkruns to test themselves against their own time, and against others, participation should ultimately be for fun.While Woolacombe Dunes Parkrun may be one of the toughest, it is also one of the most beautiful.
We operate a strict 'No printed barcode - No result' policy at all of our events. As our scanners are handheld and lower power, they can't penetrate screens, so we can't scan barcodes on smartphones or any other device.

Many runners complete a 5K in 30 to 40 minutes, and many runners are satisfied with their time if it's around this benchmark. The average walker finishes a 5K in 45 to 60 minutes.

As well as being the oldest parkrun, Bushy is by far the largest event in the UK, consistently getting over 1,000 participants each week and over 50 volunteers. Its size can also be attributed to parkrun's worldwide adoption of barcodes to record results.

Can I run with my headphones and listen to music? We appreciate that some participants do feel naked without their music so they are not banned outright. We do ask that as a courtesy to the volunteers, you remove headphones from your ears during the safety briefing before the start, and on approaching the finish area.
Designed to celebrate their running achievements, the milestone T-shirts are awarded after completing a set number of official parkruns, starting with 10 for juniors and 50 for adults, then for reaching the following milestones: 100, 250 and 500. Yes, 500 – that's almost 10 years of running parkruns every weekend!
Parkrun events are free to enter and are run by volunteers, supported by a small group of staff at its headquarters. Parkrun is funded mainly through sponsorship, with local organisers only needing to raise money when they launch an event.
The distance of a 5K is 3.1 miles. On a standard outdoor track, a 5K (5,000 meters) is 12.5 laps.

All we use are: - a stopwatch, where we press a button and record the time when every runner comes over the finish line. - numbered tokens, which we give out in order to the runners as they cross the line; i.e. the first runner gets token number 1, the second runner over the line gets token number 2 etc.
