Go to the Remote Settings menu. Press and hold the Voice (Microphone) button and say “Remote settings.” Choose “Voice remote pairing.” Follow the instructions on the TV to select your TV and audio devices.
Press and hold the Microphone (Voice) button and say, "Program remote." You can also get there by navigating to the Settings page, selecting Remote Settings and then Voice remote pairing.

The Foxtel Voice Remote works using either infrared or Bluetooth signals. The light in the top left-hand corner of the remote indicates whether the remote is using infrared mode (red light) or Bluetooth mode (blue light).
Note: The light in the top left-hand corner of the remote and the Bluetooth button on the front of the iQ4 may flash blue a few times. This means that the remote and box are attempting to pair. A message will appear on screen once your remote has paired. Test the remote by pressing any of the buttons.
On your iQ4 or iQ3, you can enable HDMI-CEC which means that you can use your Foxtel remote to: control the volume on your TV (including the mute function) turn the TV on and off. change the HDMI source or input on the TV to the one that's used by your iQ4/iQ3.
