The patron badges are typically available on the secondary market through ticket brokers or hospitality groups offering Masters packages. Sellers often put them up for sale daily, but that typically requires a sizeable deposit, and they must return the badge at the end of the day.
The only type of alcohol you'll be able to find at the concession stands is beer, so you won't be able to order either of these unless you have access to the bars in the members-only clubhouse or invite-only cabins hosted by the Masters' corporate sponsors.
Sneaking onto the grounds of Augusta National Golf Club will land you behind bars, especially if you decide to run from the cops when they get there. Ask Grayson Beveridge, who was spotted on camera at the golf club over the weekend and charged with criminal trespassing and obstruction, the Augusta Chronicle reports.
At the Masters, most patrons dress in “golf casual†attire including collared shirts and long pants or golf shorts. We recommend to dress like you are playing. Keep in mind there are a couple of items that are not permitted to wear at the Masters: denim (jeans) and golf shoes with metal spikes.
Do not apply for tickets on behalf of a friend or relative, as a gift, or to sell. By completing the application you certify these tickets are for your personal use.
Unfortunately, demand far outweighs supply when it comes to Masters tickets, so there is an annual lottery, and only a small percentage of applicants will have the chance to actually purchase tickets.
With many private golf clubs asking for initiation fees over $100,000 nowadays, you would think Augusta National would easily be in the six-figure territory. But memberships at Augusta are much cheaper than you might think. The initiation fee is estimated to be somewhere between $20,000 and $40,000.

The Augusta National initiation fee — a onetime fee paid upon joining a golf club — is believed to be between $20,000 and $40,000. The monthly dues paid by members are believed to be less than $300, or less than $4,000 annually.
The Masters Tournament is the first major of the year and the purse for this year's event remains unchanged for the third straight year at $11,500,000. Along with a green jacket, gold coin and replica winner's trophy, this year's champion will take home a payout of $2,070,000.
On Saturday, the club released the prize money payout for the 2021 tournament, keeping the overall purse at $11.5 million with the winner taking home $2,070,000, the same as in 2019 and 2020. Among the men's majors, the Masters ranks the second most lucrative.
Winning any of golf's four majors is an incredible accomplishment, but there is something special about finishing atop the leaderboard at the Masters.

2020 Masters to be held without patrons or guests in attendance this November. The 2020 Masters, pushed to Nov. 12-15 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, will be held this fall without patrons or guests allowed on the grounds, Augusta National Golf Club announced Wednesday.
However, if you are one of thousands who cannot score Masters tickets (not many do), you still can purchase official Masters merchandise thanks to the internet. You buy it in Augusta, during the Masters. Or, now you can buy it online through these dealers, during the Masters. Not a bad deal at all for golf fanatics.
A limited number of spectators will be back onsite at the Masters in April. Fans will be allowed at Augusta National for the 85th Masters in April, chairman Fred Ridley announced in a press release on Tuesday, but numbers will be limited, provided it is deemed safe to welcome patrons on property.
The Augusta National pro shop is housed in a modest building adjacent to (but separate from) the Augusta National clubhouse, near the first fairway. During the Masters Tournament, the pro shop is off-limits to fans and anyone else who does not have the proper credentials.
The Masters purse is again set at $11.5 million for the third straight year with the winner bringing home 18% of that sum for winning Augusta National and taking down one of the best Masters fields of all time.
