The Terror Tram. The Terror Tram was the only attraction that was featured during Halloween Horror Nights 1986. The Terror Tram returned six years later during Halloween Horror Nights 1992 (Hollywood). It was a nightime version of the Universal Backlot Tour.

This year, the theme was “Hollywood Harry's Deadtime Stories,” the sole “original” concept of the event. Where Universal Studios Orlando does impressive things with their original mazes, the one in Hollywood just felt like a Frankenstein of mostly reused bits of props and costumes from previous years.

Rides Open During Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood 2020
Regular shows, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Kung Fu Panda and Despicable Me Minion Mayhem are closed. Even if you use the 5:15 Early Entry and the Wizarding World is still open, they will not let you in.Don't worry, no one is allowed to touch you at Halloween Horror Nights, but they do come at you, and with a greater vengeance the later in the night it is. You can reduce that fright by staying on the sidewalks, a safe zone of sorts, for those who aren't in the mood for a good hair-raising scare.
If you've been thinking about checking out Halloween Horror Nights, stop hesitating and just go. It's completely worth it. While there are only a few days left for the 2018 event, start planning now for next year. Seriously, you will not regret it.
Universal Studios Hollywood has confirmed that The Walking Dead Attraction will close on March 4. The attraction originally opened in 2016 after replacing Universal's House of Horrors, another year-round walk-through haunt, and has been featured at Halloween Horror Nights as part of the event's lineup.

One of the most terrifying parts of Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood is not getting to experience all of the mazes because of lines. Most Universal Halloween Horror Nights sell out. In 2018, there were eight mazes and five scare zones. In 2019, there were 10 mazes and five scare zones!
The event runs select nights September through November at Universal Studios Florida. For 2020, the event will take place between Sept. 10 and Nov. 1, typically from 6:30 p.m. until 1 a.m. or 2 a.m. While all nights are popular, the crowds generally increase as it gets closer to Halloween.
The actual event usually starts at 7:00 p.m. Halloween Horror Nights is a separate ticket from regular park admission. In 2019, general admission prices ranged from $67 to $102 (in 2019, purchasing from your favorite frogs could save you up to $39 off gate prices!).

The next best times of year to visit are the off-seasons in September and October (as a bonus, you can experience the incredible Halloween Horror Nights), early November (stay away from Thanksgiving), mid-December, April (stay away from Easter) and early May.
