USF will give you all the partying you want. Particularly at the apartments on 42nd street, The Province, Campus Club, Campus Lodge, and of course the bars around the area like Acropolis, Peabody's, Bulls Club, Coppertop. It doesn't compare to USF or UF only because Tampa lacks the "college town" feel.
USF requires freshman applicants to submit official results of at least one college entrance exam (SAT or ACT). USF does not currently require or consider the optional Essay section of the SAT or the ACT for the admission or scholarship review processes.
