Technically, Gligar doesn't fly. He only glides. And no, Gligar can't learn Fly through Egg Moves either.
At three locations.They are:
- Route 11 (top of Waterfall)
- Battle Subway for 48 BP.
- PWT for 8 BP.
Level up Gligar while it's dark to evolve into Gliscor.
It doesn't matter what level Gligar is, it just needs to level up at night while holding the Razor Fang. It will attempt to evolve as soon as it levels up. You can level up by fighting a wild Pokémon or a trainer, or by using a Rare Candy. You can catch Gligar at Route 206, Route 207, Route 214, Route 215, Route 227 and Stark Mountain. However, you must have Pokemon Emerald inserted in the GBA slot of your DS. If you have a DSi or a 3DS, you're out of luck here and you cannot catch Gligar. Sorry.

If you can get one to learn ice punch by breeding, though, any level is good. It also learns agility at LV. 20. If you don't want any of these moves, then really you can evolve it whenever you want and it'll come out o.k.

To evolve Applin, you need it to use a special item known as a Tart Apple or a Sweet Apple to evolve it into either Flapple or Appletun. Each apple item is exclusive to Sword and Shield, so you'll need to work with another trainer who owns the other version of the game to add both evolutions to your Pokédex.
You can find and catch Sneasel in Motostoke Riverbank with a 40% chance to appear during Snowing (Lv. 26-28) weather. The Max IV Stats of Sneasel are 55 HP, 95 Attack, 35 SP Attack, 55 Defense, 75 SP Defense, and 115 Speed. Click/Tap the buttons to navigate the Sneasel Guide.
Sneasel is actually a Kamaitachi
But its name implies that it's some kind of sneaky weasel--which perfectly captures the mythical Kamaitachi it's based on. The name is a compound of the Japanese words for sickle and weasel, and the methods they use to prey on humans will change the way you see Sneasels forever. You will need to breed a female Sneasel with a compatible male Pokémon, with either parent knowing the egg move in question. Alternatively, if you already have a Sneasel with the egg move it can breed with Ditto.
To then evolve your Pumpkaboo, all you need to do is trade it. The best way to do this is to get a friend of yours to simply trade a random Pokemon with you so you can send your Pumpkaboo and evolve it into Gourgeist, and then have them trade it back to you.
Gliscor cannot be taught any TM moves in Pokémon Sword & Shield.
Hmm, Pineco is definitely rare, and I've only ever hatched a handful. They are rare, to the point that I caught two Forretress thanks to Snow (steels) before I caught a Pineco.

Gliscor is fairly well-used but he's not as strong as Garchomp. With Earthquake, Dragon Claw and, say, Fire Fang or something, Garchomp can only be beaten really by much higher-levelled Pokemon or pokemon wielding an Ice or Dragon attack.
You can find them in Vast Poni Canyon on Poni Island, the 4th island, after completing all the Trials. There is only a 5% chance for Jangmo-o and Hakamo-o to hold it.
