Written on hiking blogs, Sno-Seal is an appropriate product to use on Nubuck for waterproofing. The only drawback is that it is a beeswax-based product, so boots sealed with it cannot be resolved. Just make sure you warm up the boots before applying the sealer on. Works really well.
