Why is my battery flashing? If your battery flashes 30 times, it needs to be recharged. If your battery flashes continually, it's an indication of a problem with the battery's performance. To fix the issue, try cleaning the battery first.

How do I know when my disposable is empty? When you notice a decline in the amount of vapor produced after each puff, and the blue light at the tip no longer illuminates when you puff, then it's time to throw away the disposable.

Myblu isn't producing any vapour
This can be caused by several things: the pod may not be fully inserted, there could be some liquid or residue between the pod or the battery connection/metal conductors on the pod may have been pushed down too far.With your fully assembled e-cig, blow into the blu Tank™ quickly and repeatedly 4-8 times. This will activate the atomizer, which heats the liquid and turns it into vapor. Once you see vapor, wait for 15-30 seconds, and then start using your electronic cigarette normally.
If your pods are leaking, luckily there's an easy fix. Disconnect the pod from the battery and place a piece of tissue on the bottom of the pod. Gently blow through the mouthpiece a few times and any excess e-liquid will be forced out and onto the tissue. Re-insert the pod and try again.
If you use an electric cigarette, then cleaning up your battery is fairly simple. Obtain a q-tip or cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol. Gently wet the cotton and swab down the area where the battery connects to the tank or cartomizer. This should break down most of the buildup in that area.
Once your device begins charging, the red light on the end will glow and remain illuminated. When the indicator light turns off, your blu is fully charged.
When fully charged, the battery tip will blink red and then turn blue. Once your blu PRO® Rechargeable Device is connected to a USB-compatible device, the button and LED tip of the battery will blink three times and stay lit to show the battery is charging.
The Suorin Air blinking blue is a common issue that is most likely caused by either a faulty pod or vape juice interrupting the connection between pod and battery. Try cleaning the bottom of the pod with a paper towel or cotton swab as well as the connection point on the battery.
Remove the bottom (or top, depending on your model) of the clearomizer, just as you would if you were refilling it with some juice. Fill up your tank about half way with luke warm water. Now place your thumb over the opening, and shake it vigorously. Do this for a few seconds, then dump the water out.
