How to add your DIRECTV account to your AT&T user ID
- Go to att.com and select Sign in.
- For the User ID, enter your current DIRECTV email ID.
- For the Password, enter your DIRECTV password.
- Select Sign in.
- If you've been using the same password for DIRECTV & AT&T, we'll ask you which service you want to sign in to.
How do I pay my AT&T or DIRECTV bill? You can pay your bill in a number of ways. Log in to your account and pay bills online, pay over the phone (800-222-0300), in person, by mail, or set up AutoPay.

- If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
- Expand sections to see more details. To pay your bill, select Make a payment. To see a copy of your paper bill, select View paper bill.

To pay bills online, call your bank or visit their website to see if they offer online bill pay. If they do, you can set up an online account and pay your bills through it. However, keep in mind that some banks may charge a small fee to use their online bill pay services.

What if I forgot my password for signing in? You can reset your password online. Go to Forgot password and follow the prompts to reset your password. After you choose a new password, use it everywhere you use your ID.
Your monthly billing cycle starts and ends on the same date each month. At the beginning of each billing cycle, your allotment of data, minutes, and messages refreshes. For example, if your wireless rate plan includes 10GB data, you'll begin using your allotted data on the first day of your billing cycle.
Or, you can select Forgot user ID on either the myAT&T or AT&T TV NOW sign-in page. If you don't know your contact email address or we don't recognize it, select Forgot your contact email? and enter your info. You can also do this to find your AT&T email address.

The law says that your local channels are tied to something called your “service address.” Unless you can get mail in your RV, your service address is your home. You could call DIRECTV or DISH to change your service address, in theory.
