If you leave a discord server, it does not notify the other people in that server that you left. They can check to see if you left by mentioning your name in the chat. If no entry comes up then you have left the server or have been kicked/banned from it.
The only situation would be other members have the group chat muted.
- Change your username and avatar/profile picture.
- Do not tell anyone anything.
- Be in invisible mode for a few hours (probably a day, depending on how big the group chat/server is.

Well, hop onto Discord, and at the very bottom of the list, you'll see a search icon. Welcome to server discovery. This is where you can join public partner/verified servers. Click on a server and you'll be able to “peek” into the server without joining.
Just click the hang up button. And that wraps up group DMs, calls, and everything associated.
Voice channels in a Discord server look different than text channels. You'll notice a small sound icon beside a voice channel. Similar to how you join a text channel, simply click on a voice channel to join it. But before you're ready to chat, there are several things you'll need to do.
Voice chat on Discord is pretty easy. Entering a voice channel on a server automatically turns on your microphone, provided you have a working one attached to your computer. You can also access voice chat by creating voice calls or group calls to friends by clicking the phone icon on your Friends List.
You'll need to add your friends to your friends list first. Once you've got that part covered, open your friends list, and check out the new group DM button: Clicking the button will bring up a window of everyone on your friends list that you can add to your newly-created group DM.
Within the edit channel overview tab, you'll see an option to mark the channel as NSFW. Click that option, and you'll be good to go!

It means you can only read the channel unless you have a role! As in, if the channel has a padlock on it, it means you've got access to it because of a role you have?
With voice channels, it's a similar thing, although you can have others from the server also on the voice channel, even if you don't know the person. So, to give a simple answer, no, unless they had an alternative account, which doesn't happen often. I kicked someone on my discord server and I can't add them back.
