Unfortunately, that feature is no longer available in the new Google Finance. It has been replaced by a much simpler watchlist that does not show you the value of your portfolio. News from Google News – Google Finance previously displayed news results from websites included into Google News.
While Google doesn't supply a standalone stocks app in Android, it does provide a way to track stocks in Google Now (or, if you prefer, the Google app). To monitor a particular stock, tap the menu button in the top left corner, then select Customize, and finally, Stocks.

The standard chart for stocks and ETFs doesn't include dividends, you need to use the one for mutual funds.
