People can call in to Teams meetings using a phone, instead of using the Teams app on a mobile device or PC. You only need to set up Audio Conferencing for people who plan to schedule or lead meetings. Meeting attendees who dial in don't need any licenses assigned to them or other setup.
Click New Teams Meeting at the top of the view.
- Add your invitees to the Required or Optional field(s)—you can even invite entire contact groups (formerly known as distribution lists).
- Add your meeting subject, location, start time, and end time.
- Create your message.
- Then click Send.
To enable this new layout, click the “…” icon at the top-right of a Teams meeting. From the menu which appears, choose “Large gallery” to enable expanded participant support. With this mode selected, Teams will display up to 49 participants in a 7×7 grid on your display.

In a new email message, go to the Insert tab, and then click Poll. Note: You can also find the poll on the Options tab > Use Voting Buttons > Poll. The Poll pane opens and is ready for you to type your first question and two options.
To create your survey:
- Click the new button and choose Excel survey.
- Enter a survey title.
- In the Edit Survey window that appears, enter a title and description for the survey.
- Click into the Enter your first question here field.
- Enter a survey Question, and an optional subtitle.

Add a Forms tab to create a new form
- In Teams, go to the channel you want and click Add a tab .
- Under Tabs for your team, click Forms.
- In the Forms tab configuration page that opens, choose Create a shared form that your team can edit, then provide a name for your new form.

Teams Polls - Where are the results (by name of respondent)?The card created for the poll states, "Results are visible to everyone; Names recorded", however, I cannot for the life of me figure out who submitted responses - can't find where these names are recorded. Otherwise it's just a completely anonymous poll.
Go to the "More Options" menu. Go to Settings. Select the "Only people in my organization can respond" radio button. De-select "record name" and select "one response per person."
