As of now, Whatsapp is available on all phones above BBOS 4.0. Edit ( 29/01/2018) : Whatsapp has stopped working for any BlackBerry OS phone. You can install the android version if you have BB10 OS though. WhatsApp won't work on my Blackberry Classic having the latest OS update.
WhatsApp has ended BlackBerry support, but you can keep using it on BB10 smartphones. Its recent devices like the DTEK50 and the Priv run Android, but there are still a fair few people using BlackBerry 10 devices like the Passport and the Classic.
