Select all the songs, Command+A. Right click orControl+click with the mouse. From the drop down menu pickUncheck Selection. Select all the songs, Command+A.Right click or Control+click with the mouse. From the drop downmenu pick Uncheck Selection.

Another thing you can do, if you want to deleteALL of your downloaded music at the same time, is goto Settings > General > Usage on your iPhone, andselect "Music." Then just press Edit, and delete it.That deletes every single downloaded song in one shot, ifyou want to start over.
How to erase all data from your iPhone or iPad
