It is very common for a tapped phone to experience background noise while you are on a call. Static and clicking are frequent sounds, but may also be due to a faulty connection. However, if you hear an oscillating static from your phone while it's not in use, chances are the security of your mobile device is at risk.
In Settings, scroll down to “Sound,” then all the way to the bottom of the menu. There's a toggle for “Vibration on touch” here—disable it. Again, this will disable any touch vibrations in the stock keyboard.
To turn off keyboard vibrations:

Normally, the microphone is embedded in a pinhole on your device. For phone-type devices the microphone is at the bottom of the device. Your tablet microphone may be at the bottom of your device, in the upper-right corner on the side, or at the top.
To turn on microphone permissions:
- On your Android device, tap Settings .

- Look for "Microphone" and slide the slider On .
Disable your microphone on your Windows PC
- Click the Start menu and open the Settings.
- Click Privacy (the one with the lock icon).

- Under Microphone access for this device, if it's on, click Change.
- A toggle will appear. Click it to disable the Microphone.
How to disable your microphone

- Right-click Internal Microphone — this label can change depending on the hardware you have in your PC.
- Click Disable.

There is no way to change default microphone. Normally device use the inbuilt microphone as default unless you manually connect another microphone like handfree.
Turn Voice Input On / Off - Apple® iOS
- From the Home screen, navigate: Settings. > General > Keyboard.
- Tap the Enable Dictation switch to turn on or off . When turning on, tap Enable Dictation to confirm. When turning off, tap Turn Off Dictation to confirm.
