How do I join a test session?

- You will automatically be launched into session. Set your mic and camera preferences and click OK, I'm Ready. If you see a "Waiting for the organizer" screen, then you've successfully joined the test session!

Tap the "X" in the upper left-hand corner of the GoToMeeting screen to leave the online meeting and exit the application.
GoToMeeting allows you to attend meetings entirely online – no download needed! Apple Safari users can join as attendees only (no hosting) using the link "" instead of the steps shown below.
The free GoToWebinar mobile app lets you not only see and hear webinars, but take part in them as well. If you're running the webinar, you can present directly from your iPad, share your iPad's webcam and chat with other event staff.
You can download the desktop app on your Windows or Mac Computer, use a Google Chrome browser to join online (no download required), or even join on the go using your iOS or Android device. If you are an attendee joining someone else's meeting, you do not need a GoToMeeting account and do not need to sign in.
Zoom is the ideal web meeting software for users who want to simply and effectively connect with customers and clients remotely. It also has Chrome and Linux OS support for increased flexibility and secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to guarantee secure communications.
About: Users can join a traditional web-conferencing meeting such Webex, Gotomeeting or Skype for Business via Zoom Rooms. With this method, you are connected to the audio using the Zoom Room audio input and output devices while being able to see the content on the large TV display in the Zoom Room.
We are not aware of any hacking incidents involving GoToMeeting. There have been cases where conferences have been interrupted by uninvited guests, but these are not 'hacks' in the true sense, and the risk of this occurring can be vastly reduced by ensuring that your meeting is run securely.
Once in a GoToTraining session, find the Breakout button in the control panel. From there, you will be taken to a Breakout Control page, where you can select the number of Breakouts you would like to create.
There are a couple reasons why you cannot see other participants' cameras. You may be filtering camera feeds. If you previously selected the Hide Everyone filter from the Camera drop-down menu, click Everyone or Active Cameras to bring back all participants' feeds. You may have detached the camera feeds.
Organizers can hide the attendee list from the participants in the session. Once enabled, the organizer's name and the attendee's own name will be displayed, but all other names will be hidden.
Connect from the Web AppOn the Audio tab, select Phone call. Use the drop-down menu to select which country you ant to see phone numbers for. Use your telephone to dial the desired phone number, then enter the 9-digit access code when prompted. Be sure to enter the Audio PIN to link your phone call with the session.

GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining allow you to hide the attendee list from the attendee view. To hide the attendee list from other attendees: While in session, click Options. Un-check Attendees Can View Attendee List.

Raise your hand
- Hover over the React icon in the lower primary toolbar.
- Select Raise your hand.
- The hand icon will glow blue while it is raised and return to gray once it is lowered by you or the organizer.
Accessing the participants panelClick on Participants in the webinar controls. The Participants panel will be on right side of your screen. The host, co-hosts, and panelists will be listed in the Panelist tab and the attendees will be listed the Attendees tab.
