The Fallen Transponder is the start of the new Outbreak Prime quest. To find it, you'll need to head to Titan. Start the Bad Neighbors Heroic Adventure, and continue until you run into your first Shrieker — the giant purple eye turret floating above a doorway. After you kill the Shrieker, look immediately to your left.
How to get Outbreak Perfected in Destiny 2 in brief
- Scan the device within The Rig on Titan.
- Visit six Lost Sectors and find Fallen Transponder nodes.
- Visit The Farm and find the quest giver.
- Complete the Zero Hour mission within the time limit.
Objective: Find the methane reactor for Sloane before the Fallen Captain does. Go to the flag at the Gantry platforms at the broken LED where you previously fought some enemies. Spring through the wall and into the forecourt of Solarium. Here there are some Dregs and Shanks.

All you need to do is complete any Nightfall with a teammate that is using, you guessed it, Rat King. Nightfalls no longer have time restrictions so having to finish a mission with 5 minutes left isn't possible.
there is a small chance the you might be able to get it back by playing with someome who has the rat king equiped and chpleteing activitys with them like nightfall or curicible or somthing as the quest can be passed on to other.
