To call your voicemail and retrieve messages, follow these steps: From any Home screen, tap Phone. Touch and hold 1 or dial 123 and tap Call, or tap the Voicemail tab to call voicemail.
Samsung Voicemail SetupThe Samsung Visual Voicemail app comes pre-installed on Android phones. Select the Voicemail app. Voicemail requires app access to the Phone, SMS and Contacts.

Open the audio recorder software, and select New Recording. Open the voicemail on your phone, and begin recording. Then, start the voicemail. Stop the recording once the voicemail is done, and play it back to ensure you have the relevant information.
Open your phone's voicemail and find the message you want to save. In your audio recording program, click record, and play the message. When the message is done, stop the recording. Save the file on your computer to preserve it.

Open the phone app and on the top right corner tap on "more" and then "settings". Somewhere at the bottom there should be an entry called mailbox options. If you can't switch it off there, either remove the default mailbox number completely or let your provider's service Hotline turn it off.

- Create a new message to a contact.
- Tap the paperclip icon.
- Tap Record audio (some devices will list this as Record voice)
- Tap the Record button on your voice recorder (again, this will vary) and record your message.

Record a GreetingFrom your business phone, press *98. Or, from any phone, call your business phone number, and then press * to skip the voicemail greeting. Enter your mailbox PIN. For mailbox settings, press 4.
To save voicemails on most Android phones:

How to Send a Voicemail to a Landline Without Calling
- Dial your home phone number or your voice mail access number and press star followed by your PIN to log in to your account.

To call your voicemail on an Android phone, simply open your phone's dial pad and hold your finger down on the "1" key. You can also call your voicemail from a different phone by calling your own number and tapping the pound key.
