Move over “Gangnam Style” and make room for “Hello.” YouTube announced that the popular song from Adele has become the fastest video to reach 1 billion views, toppling previous record holder PSY's catchy dance number from several years ago.
The first thing you should do is try reloading the video page. The comments may not be able to load because of some temporary issues. And clicking the reload button may be able to help you fix it. If this didn't help, then try waiting for a few minutes.
On the one hand, comments are hidden unless the user manually taps on the button to reveal them — users won't happen upon them by scrolling down. On the other hand, putting the comments button behind a click at the top of the page instead of forcing users to scroll could make them easier to access.

I noticed in subscriber activity, you can see what the people you subscribed to comment in some videos. Before in settings, there was an option to turn it off so your comments don't appear in your subscriber feed so your subscribers can't see your comments but I don't see that option in the settings anymore..
YouTube Channel PrivacyFrom the privacy section of the Account Settings screen, you can choose which activities to share publicly, including your likes and channel subscriptions. However, your viewing history is private and there's no option to make it public.
No they're not notified, that is unless the channel owner decides to tell them by replying before deleting.
Something like this will appear.

- That's all now you can check out your comments history and also can modify them by clicking on the three dots at top right corner of comments.
For Android, scroll down on the right side of your screen (where the suggestions feed is) and you will eventually find the comments. For iOS, scroll down on the lest side of the screen (where the video details are) and you will find the comment section.
The company shared on their support page writing, "We want to make it easier for people watching videos to find comments in the YouTube app without having to scroll through 'Up Next' videos, so we're testing out a new comment section that appears directly below the video.
Navigate to the “Comments” tab. This will bring up your entire comment history. You can delete any or all comments by using the drop down menu at the right side of each comment and clicking delete. This will engage a confirmation prompt asking if you really want to delete the comment.
View your watch historyGo to the Library tab and tap History . Remove a video: Next to the video details in the History page, tap More and tap Remove from Watch History.
Go to your YouTube studioOnce you've logged in, click on your profile icon. In the panel that just opened, spot your studio and click on it. Once in your YouTube studio's main page, you'll see a block called “Channel Analytics“. It will show your total number of subscribers.
