1. Log in to the Fastly web interface and click the Account link from the user menu. Your account information appears.
2. Click the User management link.
3. In the Users area, click the gear icon next to a user and then select Reset 2FA.
4. Click Reset.

1. On the MDM console, navigate to Device Mgmt -> Office 365 (under Conditional Access).
2. In the Access Policy view of the Office 365 Conditional Access policy, click on Stop Policy.

1. Click the “Delete” Button beside the device you want to remove.
2. After it removes, go to your authenticator app on your phone and remove the account as well.
3. Click “Set Up Authenticator App” and follow the instructions.
4. Hit Save, you will need to re-verify your authentication options.

1. Log on to the Office 365 portal.
2. In the top right corner select the widget and choose Office 365 Settings.
3. Click on Additional security verification.
4. On the right, click the link that says Update my phone numbers used for account security.

1. Click Office 365 Settings.
2. Scroll down past Password and choose Additional Security Verification.
3. Click Update my phone numbers used for account security.
4. Answer your phone to approve your request to go to this page (you might not be asked for this)
5. Create yourself an additional app password and give it a description.

1. Under Assignments. Users - Choose All users or Select individuals and groups if limiting your rollout.
2. Under Controls. Ensure the checkbox Require Azure AD MFA registration is checked and choose Select.
3. Enforce Policy - On.
4. Save.

1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
2. On the left, select Azure Active Directory > Users > All Users.
3. Choose the user you wish to perform an action on and select Authentication Methods.
4. Click Require re-register MFA and save.
