Starting Wednesday, sedan services GrabCar and GrabTaxi are available for booking from 5 am to midnight in Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu. GrabFood and GrabMart bookings, meanwhile, can still be done from 6 am to midnight as long as merchants are open and there are riders available.
How do I add my credit/debit card to GrabPay
- Step 1: From the home screen, tap on 'Payment'
- Step 2: On the GrabPay wallet page, tap on the 'gear' icon (top right corner)
- Step 3: Tap on 'Add Payment Method'
- Step 4: Enter your card number, card expiry date, and CVV.

How to Use GrabTaxi
- Step 1: Download the app & register. It's free!
- Step 2: Identify pick-up and drop off points. Launch the app.
- Step 3: Book your GrabTaxi. Once you're super sure about your booking, tap on “book now”.
- Step 4: Ride your GrabTaxi.
- Step 5: Mark that you've arrived at your drop off point.
Check your device manual or internet service provider to restore your connectivity before trying Grab again. Open Settings, look for Software Updates and tap Manually Update. This will search for available updates, and update your Android OS as required. If a Grab update is available, tap Update.
If you would like to reuse your old number, please follow the steps below:
- Enter the Grab account with the Start With Phone Number button.
- Enter the email that is already registered in the Grab account.
- If you get the message 'More Secure Enter', try selecting the Start button with Facebook or Google.
I want to view my transaction receipts
- Select your desired time period.
- Filter by: Receipt type. Transaction type.
- Tap Submit to generate a preview of your transactions.
- Tap Print to download your statement in PDF.
Tap Help Centre and the last booking will be displayed - If this is not the correct booking, tap on View All Activities on the top right of your booking information to view your recent booking history. Tap the Send Receipt button and a copy of the receipt will be sent to the email account listed in your profile.
Once the
driver is already in-transit with your package, you can
monitor the
driver's location through the App.
How do I check my transaction history?
- Open your Grab App.
- Tap 'Activity' on the lower part of the screen.
- Select 'Delivery'.
- Select 'Past' for completed deliveries or 'Ongoing' for current deliveries.
You can view your transactions in-app in the GrabPay page. Just click on See More and select a transaction to view comprehensive details.

How to make an Advance Booking.
- Tap on “Later” on the bottom component.

How do I request for a physical GrabPay Card
- Go to your GrabPay Card in the Grab app and tap Request physical card.
