Along with other nifty software features like Slide Aside and QSlide, LG has included an app called Quick Memo on the G2 that makes it simple to annotate screenshots and write notes with just one tap. You can also choose to save the note to your Notebook app or into your Gallery for use later.
From the Home screen, tap Apps > QuickMemo+ > tap to create a new memo. Allows you to edit the text, its color and its alignment. Options to edit the text are shown above the keyboard.
If you'd like, you can right-click an LQM file in Windows and choose Open With > WinRAR and check the “Always use this app to open these files” box to have Windows always use WinRAR (or WinZip or 7-Zip) to open the Quick Memo files.
Ensure your Google apps are up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
- Launch the Chrome browser.
- Tap the Menu icon. (upper-right).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Home page.
- Tap the Home page switch to turn on or off .
- Tap Open this page then enter the preferred URL for the Home page.
- Tap Save.
Voice memos stay in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days and then are deleted permanently. You can recover a voice memo if it's still in the Recently Deleted folder: In Voice Memos, tap or click Recently Deleted. Tap or click the memo that you want to recover.
All you need to do is:
- Open the Voice Recorder App by tapping it on the main menu.
- Locate “Options” then tap “saved memos”.
- Individually tap the “saved memos” you want to erase.
- Option window will appear and click “Delete” on the bottom part.
- When the message is prompted, tap “Delete Voice Memo” once again.
2 Answers. Open the app and you'll find a little symbol with 3 horizontal stripes in the right bottom corner. You'll get a list and you can tap the memo and click "delete" right afterwards. Or in iTunes you can select all voice memo's after you've synced them to your PC and delete them from there.
How to Permanently Delete Voice Memos on iPhone and iPad. Step 1: Swipe left on the Voice Memo and tap on the Delete button. Step 2: Now the memo will end up in the Recently Deleted folder. So tap on it from the app's home screen.

Delete Voice Memos
With Voice Memos in iCloud, your voice recordings are stored in iCloud. * You can easily delete them if you need more space. Open Voice Memos and delete the recording that you don't want. Delete a recording
- In the Voice Memos list, tap a recording, then tap .
- Tap Edit at the top of the Voice Memos list, select one or more recordings, then tap Delete.
Delete Audio Files
Click “Edit” from the iTunes menu, and then click “Select All.” Click “Edit,” and then click “Delete.” Alternately, press “Option-Delete." A dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to remove the audio files from your iTunes library.Just found out you can print from the quick memo app directly to a connected wifi printer. Just hit the menu button and select print them let it find your printer.
The QuickMemo options bar at the top of the screen allows you to easily create memos. Tap the tool bar tab to access the tool bar options and tap it again to hide them. Tap the Notepaper icon to change the background for your note from the screen background to plain paper.
How to print from your Android phone with Cloud Print:
- Open the file you'd like to print (anything from Google Drive docs to pictures stored on your phone).
- Select the Menu button (the three dots in the top right corner).
- Hit Print.
- Select the 'down' arrow (next to Save as PDF)
- Select the printer you want print from.
To use it, draw a circle around the objects that you want to select. Please note that every pen or highlighter stroke that is inside of the selection will be affected by changes you make. Drag the selection to the desired spot on the page with your finger or a stylus. Tap outside of the selection when you're done.
You CANNOT change the font size in Quick Memo. You can change the font, the color, the alignmentbut NOT the size.
Open the Quick-memo you want to transfer, then go to the drop-down menu, choose “Share”, then the option “Text and image”. I did this and emailed it to myself. All of the text (several Quick-memo pages) transferred just fine as plain text (actually, even an emoji was transferred as well).
To quickly launch Samsung Notes, simply pop your S Pen out, tap on the pen icon to open the Air Command menu, and choose Create Note. This will open the Samsung Notes app in a popup window, where you can start writing immediately. This window can be resized and moved around if you need to multitask on other apps.
Recover deleted notes
- On your Android phone or tablet, open Keep .
- In the top-left corner, tap Menu Trash .
- Click or tap a note to open it.
- To move a note out of the trash, tap Action. Restore.
Steps To Recover Deleted Notes/Memo Files From Android
- Step 1 – Connect Your Android Phone. Download, install and launch Android Data Recovery on your computer and then select “Recover” option.
- Step 2 – Select File Types For Scanning.
- Step 4 – Preview and Recover Deleted Data From Android Devices.
Recover recently deleted notes
- In Notes on iCloud.com, select Recently Deleted in the folder list on the left. If you don't see Recently Deleted, you don't have any notes in that folder, and there's nothing to be recovered.
- Select a note, then click Recover in the toolbar. The note moves to the Notes folder.
Android. Open the note you'd like to delete. Tap the options button (three dots), then select Delete note.
Pen
- Tap Settings > General > Pen.
- Set the desired options: Open when pen is removed: None. Pen Pop (default location is top right of screen and may cover menu icons) Pop Memo. Pen Pop shortcut. Select up to 5 items to list in the Pop Memo when active. Screen-off memo - Write memos while the screen is off. On/Off.
Here's how to reinstall the Notes app and get your notes back on iPhone:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Tap Search and look for Notes.
- Find the Apple Notes app and redownload it.
- When you open the reinstalled Notes app, it will direct you to iCloud. Allow it to take you to Settings.
After deleting a
note, you have seven days to
recover it. On your computer, go to
google.com/.
Recover deleted notes
- In the top-left corner, click Menu Trash .
- Click a note to open it.
- To move a note out of the trash, open it and click More. Restore.
To recover Memos to device, select a data file you want to restore from the list of backup files. You can click Find file button at the bottom to browse and select a file manually, then select Memo item and click the Restore button.
