Kohl's now accepts debit card payments for your convenience. See below for more details. Debit Cards: We accept debit card payments over the phone through our automated phone system or with a live associate by calling (855) 564-5748.
Automated Phone System: Use our automated phone system 24 hours a day by calling (855) 564-5748, to make a FREE payment. A bank routing and account number will be required if you are making an ACH payment. Debit cards are also accepted. Payments made after 7:00 p.m. (central time) will post the following day.
When shopping at your local store, simply let a store associate know that you do not have your card and he/she will look up your new Kohl's Card number at any register.
Kohl's Cash Balance

- Under “Account” at the top of the page, select “Kohl's Cash”.
- Click the “Kohl's Cash” tab in your shopping account profile.
- Select “CHECK BALANCE”.
Kohls.com accepts a variety of online payment methods, including Kohl's Card and other major credit cards such as Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. *Only one credit card may be applied to each purchase.

The first thing to understand about the Kohl's credit card is that it is a retail charge card, which means it can only be used for purchases of Kohl's merchandise. As with most retail cards, it is issued with a store credit limit that is typically lower than credit limits issued on regular credit cards.

We take security seriously at Kohl's. We recommend that you change your Kohls.com shopping account password on a regular basis. Kohls.com shopping account passwords and saved payment card information may also be deactivated based on lack of use.
Your 11-digit Rewards ID will appear at the top of your Kohl's Rewards® emails, in the Kohl's App and in your shopping account.
Lost/Stolen/Replacement Kohl's Card
- If you are already registered, click here to log on to My Kohl's Card. *
- Click Account Maintenance on the top navigation bar.
- Click on Request Replacement Card.
- Select the card holder who needs a replacement card.
- Click Submit.
How do I link my Kohl's Charge to my Kohl's Charge?
- Sign in to your Kohls.com shopping account.
- Under "ACCOUNT", click "Yes2You Rewards".
- Click the "Yes2You Rewards" tab to complete your profile and link your Rewards account to your Kohls.com shopping account.

Kohl's Card Address Changes

- Click on Cardholder Information.
- Update your mailing address.
- Click Submit!
When a payment is scheduled on My Kohl's Card, you may cancel the payment at any time prior to the scheduled posting date. Select the payment that you wish to cancel by clicking on the underlined Status and confirm that you would like to cancel the scheduled payment.
As heyryan stated, closing the card would not impact AAoA as closed trade lines are still counted in the formula. On closed accounts, the limit is no longer taken into account for available credit. So for people with less available credit that carry balances, closing a card would impact their debit to credit ratio.
You may make a Kohl's Card payment at your local store, by mail, by phone or online by enrolling at My Kohl's Card. Kohl's stores accept check and cash payments. By phone we can accept bank account information and debit card payments. Online at My Kohl's Charge we accept bank account information.
