To use your iPhone with the Straight Talk AT&T or Straight Talk T-Mobile network, you'll need to check that Straight Talk has coverage on one of those networks in your area and your iPhone needs to be unlocked.

Straight Talk's $45 plan is $10 cheaper than Verizon's similarly sized 5GB plan, though Verizon had the best LTE performance of any carrier when we conducted our latest round of network speed tests in six cities. And all of those carriers offer faster LTE speeds than Straight Talk does.
The iPhone will lock itself to the network of the first SIM card that is used in the phone. Subsequently attempting to use it on any other network, for example by replacing the SIM card, may mean it becomes permanently unusable.
PSA: Walmart Family Phones no longer unlocked out the box for T-Mobile or Metro PCS use.. I've now found that they've started locking them and will unlock only after 40 days of use on a Walmart Family Mobile plan.
