Notion is free to use indefinitely. The Personal Plan is completely free for individual use. The Team Plan has a free trial with a 1,000 block limit, more than enough to try out Notion with your team before upgrading. The Personal Pro Plan is free for students and educators.
There are a lot of productivity apps on the market. Notion is one of the most popular and flexible tools. It's an all-in-one productivity solution and it's simply one of the best tools I've ever used.

Notion isn't as secure as you would have hoped — it doesn't support two-factor authentication and its administrators can access user files.
Apple's newest Macs don't come with Intel processors. Instead, they use the brand-new Apple M1 chip, a powerful replacement for the many generations of Intel CPUs that have powered Apple computers since 2006. The M1 is the first appearance of the new paradigm that Apple has dubbed Apple Silicon.
It's more flexible, appeals to a broader range of use cases, and offers users more integrations with the tools they're already using. Evernote certainly outperforms Notion in some areas such as note-taking. But generally, Notion offers virtually all the same functionality, plus a bit more besides.
Answer: Click on the Apple in the top left corner and go to "About This Mac". If in the line where it sais "Processor" you can see the type of your processor. If it contains the word "Intel" then your Mac is intel based (see sample screenshot) otherwise you have a powerpc processor.
Notion Doesn't Work OfflineWith Notion, when you close the app, you need an internet connection to get it started, which makes sense because it is a web-based app. It's thus safe to conclude that Notion DOES NOT WORK OFFLINE.
There's a Notion desktop app for both Mac and Windows, which can be downloaded here. You don't need to use them, though: Near enough the same suite of features can be accessed online through Notion for Web using a browser like Google Chrome.
To get the desktop app, go to and click Download for Windows . Open the .exe file and follow the instructions to install. Open the Notion app and log in using your email.
Dark Mode can be enabled on mobile at the bottom on the sidebar across both Android and iOS, except for devices running iOS 13 or later. Dark Mode is tied to system settings on these, so you won't see the option within Notion.
Notion is a great app that all students can use to organise their notes. Make notes that help you study using the toggle feature. Organise your classes and lectures.
Windows 10's "Data Usage" tab in Network & Internet settings shows that between my two connections (2.4Ghz and 5GHz), Notion has used 541.9GB over the last 30 days. For comparison, Firefox, which I also leave open 24/7 with 10 tabs at minimum, has used 30GB between the two connections.
