After he says that, the front half of the Pillar of Autumn (with the Arbiter piloting) jumps to Earth, and the back half, along with Master Chief and Cortana, appears to jump to some other location in space. The people on Earth believe Master Chief to be dead, but he survives and goes into cryo-sleep.
4 years after the destruction of the final Halo and the ending of the Covenant, Master Chief is woken by Cortana. The war is over, he Covenant has been reformed, and there are new Spartans. The Covenant boards the ship, and Master Chief is forced to retreat.
Basically, the Master Chief spends the time on the Dreadnought hunting down Truth and fighting his Guards. He nearly kills him but he fails and is unable to reach him. Chief is then forced to evacuate the Dreadnought by jumping out of it and using a Forerunner door to break his fall.
SPARTAN-B312, better known as Noble Six, was a SPARTAN-III commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command, attached to Special Warfare Group Three. B312 served during the Fall of Reach as a member of Noble Team.
what happened at the end of Halo 2? The Arbiter kills the Brute Boss at the end and Miranda takes the key and inactivates the Halo ring. The Halo ring is not destroyed like in Halo 1. Then the cutscene has MC on board a covenant ship saying "Sir, finishing this fight".
Except you don't use the Scarab Gun. You use infinite sticky grenades. The Scarab Gun is good for breezing through the level though! It won't hurt Tartarus though.
Halo 4 and 5 are tied for easiest in my mind. Reach has a few choke points putting it above those 2. Then 3,1,2. I found CE to be the easiest Legendary.
Halo 3 is hard because you actually have to have Skill to get a kill in Halo 3 which is one of the reasons why I loved Halo 3 & is still the best, also you have to know where the opponents are likely to spawn in at, know power weapon time spawn, power up time spawn & you have to keep a steady aim, keep the reticle on
Legendary is the highest and most difficult setting of Campaign gameplay in every Halo games to date, aside from the informal "Mythic" difficulty which is Legendary with all Skulls active in Halo games that feature them. The Legendary difficulty is also featured in Firefight, Skirmish, and Spartan Ops games.
A health indicator, long grueling levels, a plasma pistol that doesn't lock on like the new games, and enemies that may as well be bullet sponges make the game way more difficult. I find the shield hud display is horrible in 2. That's what makes it harder for me. But plamsa pistol + battle rifle makes it easier.
With hindsight, Halo 3 was as good as Halo multiplayer ever got. This multiplayer package was so good that Bungie's next Halo game, Halo 3: ODST, simply included the whole thing with the DLC, while Reach — for all its qualities as a singleplayer campaign — introduced rocket packs.
Not only is it the best halo, it's probably the best multiplayer game of all time. 2 and 3 were the best all rounders for me. Fun multiplayer and fun campaigns.
