Out in the Augmented Reality landscape, Niantic says you can catch a Pikachu with a party hat. If trading ever comes to Pokémon Go, Festive Hat Pikachu is going to be one the rarest and move valuable pocket monsters in the game.
There will be "sparkles" in the background of their card instead of the normal star dots. Also, most shiny have a color variation. Though with Pichu, you can only tell with the sparkles. I think the graphic of shinny has been improved.
Party hard. Party Hat Pikachu can appear as part of the 3rd anniversary event as a photobomber – just as Smeargle does. What this means is that the Pokemon will appear in any photo you take inside Pokemon Go – and once it appears, you'll then be given a chance to catch it.
The best way to increase your chances is simply encountering or 'shiny checking' lots of possible Shiny Pokémon. You don't even have to catch them if you're low on Poké Balls or Berries.
The shiny Pikachu has gray-tipped ears and a bit of a darker tint (featured on the left.) The tails are the same, the only difference being that females tend to have curved tails.

Pokemon Go is getting ready for another community day this weekend but before that, a new shiny Pokemon appears to have wormed its way to the game. It's being reported that Wurmple is now available in the game as a shiny.
As you can see, your new Raichu will actually get to keep his hat, and Niantic has promised that both Pikachu and Raichu will still have their hats long after this event is over. This makes Santa Hat Raichu one of the rarest, special edition Pokémon in the game, one that may quite literally be limited time only.
Party Hat Wurmple: the time has come! So, I understood how Party hat Wurmple would break the game, considering you can evolve Wurmple and get 2 different Pokémon, which then further evolve, and 5 party hats is simply too many party hats. Luffy hat Pikachu was able to don a costume that prevented it from evolving.
going to the individual Pokemon. press the menu on the lower right. pick transfer. confirm twice (once more than normal, because of event/special Pokemon)
You can find Pokémon wearing party hats by hatching Eggs and encountering Pokémon in the wild, too. You might be able to hatch a Pichu or Wurmple wearing a party hat from a 2 km Egg. You'll have the chance to hatch Pichu wearing party hats from 7 km Eggs.

Anyone who's played the game in any concerted way probably has a few Community Day shinies, but some of these things are a whole lot rarer than others. Some of the rarest in this category are event Pokémon: Shiny Pikachu with hats, Shiny Eevee with a flower crown, even shiny Squirtle with sunglasses.

After returning from Johto, Ash was given a change of clothes by his mother, and he immediately changed into them, including switching his old hat for a new black-and-red one which had a green Poké Ball symbol on it. At the end of the episode, Aipom returned Ash's hat to him.Rare Pokemon Guide: Route 4 - Eevee
Eevee will roam around on the overworld with a 1% chance of spawning in Pokémon Sword, while Pokémon Shield yields a 5% chance. Interestingly enough, Pikachu takes the place of the counterpart to Eevee, being a 1% spawn chance in Shield, and 5% spawn chance in Sword.Pokémon Go's Smeargle has proven to be one of the game's most elusive creatures, but there is a way to catch one at any time. Smeargle itself has been conspicuously absent from the Gen 2 line-up for around two years - until the arrival of the game's Snapshot feature.
"Pikachu Illustrator" is considered the rarest Pokémon trading card in existence, and only 39 were produced back in 1998. The card features artwork by Pikachu's creator Atsuko Nishida, and was only given away to the winners of an illustration contest.

Based on our own research and the research we've collected from several sources, it would appear that Birthday Hat Pichu is the most rare Shiny Pokemon. It could also be any of the other Baby Pokemon, since the chance that they'll hatch at all is so extremely low in the first place. The rarity just stacks and stacks!
If the opponent is shiny, shiny Ditto will Transform into shiny. If the opponent is not shiny, shiny Ditto will Transform into normal coloration. Shiny ditto will always transform into shiny pokemon even the opponent is normal one.
Pikachu wearing hats has been a theme throughout the entire release of Pokémon GO, but Detective Pikachu is the rarest of them all.
While shiny legendary sprites and models are in the game, it's impossible to find these naturally. None of the three Pokemon Sword and Shield legendaries can be shiny yet, so if you see footage of a player with these as shiny, they've hacked their game.

When using two Pokémon from different language games, this makes Shiny Pokémon six times as likely to hatch from eggs. The best thing to do for breeding Shiny Pokémon is to get a foreign Ditto.

In order to recognize a Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Sword & Shield, you have to fight it. As far as we can tell, there is no way to figure out in the overworld if a Pokemon is Shiny or not. You have to actually encounter it, you'll notice the different colors, as well as the sparkles.
