Boiled eggs are really filling, and they're nice and quick to cook too. Cook yourself two boiled eggs (0 syns) and have with either two slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy Extra B), asparagus spears (0 syns), or hard boil them and eat them on the run if you're in a hurry!

Free Foods include lean meat, eggs, fish, pasta, potatoes, fruit and vegetables. They're filling and low in calories for their weight — so you can eat as much Free Food as you like! Slimming World FajitasI personally love them served over brown rice or as a jacket potato filling for a Gluten Free option. If you do use tortillas to serve them, look for Weight Watchers Tortilla Wraps – one wrap is allowed as a healthy extra B. Any additional wraps are 6 syns each however… so keep that in mind!

Hi ladies I'm new to all this but I love pitta bread and houmous but I think there is quite a few syns in pitta bread,I have seen that the Kingsmill wholemeal thins have 5 syns but it also says they are a healthy extra so I'm not sure what that means?
Thanks! It's the latter I'm afraid - 6.5 syns per wrap. You can have a weight watchers wrap as your HEB.

At Slimming World, we don't believe in cutting out food groups. In fact, potatoes and dried plain pasta, rice, noodles and couscous are all Free Foods, which means that you can eat as much of them as you like!

If you are going to be cooking with things like bacon, pork loin steaks or lamb chops, then you are going to need to make sure that all traces of fat are removed, especially the rinds. As long as you remove all visible fat then you can count your lean meat as a free food.
