Pointing a gun, that looks like a gun, even if it is a BB gun, may get you shot. Shooting at people with a BB gun will get you arrested and is very likely a felony in your state, with multiple charges. This could mean fines, jail even prison.
In 38 states, there are no age restrictions. The following states require owners be at least 18: Alaska, Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Washington DC and Wisconsin.

All replica firearms must be covered with something, for example, a firearm case, when moving on public area. Land owner's permission is needed to play airsoft in any area.

If you ship an entire, assembled airsoft gun via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whatever other method you use, it is illegal, in every state in the U.S. unless you are from a verified, and licensed airsoft retailer. Apparently its legal to ship via UPS or FedEx, just not USPS.
According to a New York Times article, Chinese citizens can't store a weapon in their home; they must store firearms at a gun range or authorized location. There are even laws that prohibit selling guns in China that are meant for export. In other words, some weapons can be made in China but not actually used in China.
Not in Cyprus and technically, the guns are illegal. Airsoft guns are different than real guns.
